Ski trainer with air resistance and LCD, freestanding with floor stand

Product Description

Air-resistance Ski Trainer for full-body cardio

The PH Fitness Ski Trainer uses progressive air resistance: the harder and faster you pull, the greater the resistance becomes. Its dual vertical pulling motion engages the arms, shoulders, back, core, glutes and legs in one smooth, joint-friendly movement.

Key benefits

• Automatic air resistance without manual level adjustment
• Suitable for cardio, interval training and Hyrox preparation
• Two independent cords for a smooth coordinated pulling motion
• Non-slip handles and adjustable cable height
• LCD display for time, distance, calories, pull rate and training intensity
• Choice of a freestanding base or wall-mounted setup

Training use

Use the Ski Trainer for short high-intensity intervals, longer cardio blocks and functional full-body sessions. Its low-impact movement makes it suitable for a wide range of fitness levels.
