Responsive torque-sensor assistance
The DYU T1 uses a torque sensor to detect pedalling force and adjust the motor assistance accordingly. This provides smooth and responsive support while helping optimise battery consumption.
The 250W in-wheel rear motor supports speeds up to 25km/h and provides torque of up to approximately 35Nm. It can handle gradients of up to 15° under suitable riding conditions.
36V 10Ah integrated battery
The integrated 36V 10Ah battery uses 18650 lithium-ion cells and provides an assisted range of up to approximately 60km. Actual range depends on rider weight, terrain, temperature, tyre pressure, assistance level and riding conditions.
Charging takes approximately 5–6 hours using the supplied charger.
Foldable magnesium-alloy frame
The integrated die-cast magnesium-alloy frame combines a clean appearance with a folding design. Once folded, the bike measures approximately 88.5 x 44.5 x 87.5cm, making it easier to store at home or transport in a suitable vehicle.
Shimano gearing and disc brakes
The Shimano 7-speed drivetrain allows the mechanical gearing to be adjusted for different roads and gradients. Front and rear disc brakes provide controlled braking, while the shock-absorbing system helps reduce vibration on uneven surfaces.
20-inch wheels and road visibility
The 20-inch wheels provide a balance between compact dimensions and urban stability. A bright front light improves visibility during low-light journeys.
The T1 is suitable for riders approximately 160–195cm tall and supports a maximum load of 120kg.
