With overall dimensions of 480 × 320 cm, a comfortable standing height of 210 cm and two separate clip-in sleeping cabins, this drive-away awning offers space for up to 4 people – ideal for road trips and camping with a minivan or panel van with a side sliding door.
Spacious van awning
The Esbjerg Travel 4 Protect is compatible with most common minivans and panel vans and gives you direct access to your vehicle. It extends your usable living space by over 15 m² and adds up to 4 comfortable sleeping spots on top of the space inside your van.
Simple vehicle connection
The connecting tunnel is simply pulled over the vehicle roof and secured with guy lines and suction cups. A rear door in the tent wall means you can reach the van through the side sliding door at any time.
Can also be used freestanding
Thanks to the stand-alone function, you can take the vehicle out on day trips whenever you like. Just detach the tunnel from the van and drive off. What remains is a fully usable tent, with the tunnel opening closed off by a door to keep everything weatherproof.
Flexible layout with 2 sleeping cabins
Two separate sleeping cabins for two people each can be clipped into the tent as needed. If you only use one cabin, the living area inside the tent becomes even more spacious.
Good ventilation with three doors
In addition to the rear entrance in the tunnel area, the Esbjerg Travel 4 Protect has three further doors. The two side doors can be rolled up and secured to let plenty of fresh air flow through the tent.
Side door with sun canopy function
When needed, one of the side doors can be set up as a shade-giving sun canopy – or the tunnel can be used as a canopy when the vehicle is detached for a day trip. The required poles are included.
Reliable protection in all weather
With a 3,000 mm water column, sealed seams, sturdy fibreglass poles and a UV protection factor of 50+, this tent is built to handle wind, rain and strong sun with ease.
Tub-style groundsheet for optimal protection
The extra-high, sewn-in bathtub groundsheet adds comfort and protects the interior of the Esbjerg from moisture and draughts, while also helping to keep insects and small creatures outside.
Effective insect protection
All doors and windows are fitted with mosquito mesh so insects stay out. For more privacy and weather protection, the windows can be closed from the outside with weatherproof, opaque panels.
Safety in the dark
Reflective guy lines with aluminium tensioners ensure good visibility even in low light. On dark nights in particular, the reflective details help to reduce the risk of tripping.
