Ice Fly can be a skate that adds grace to your skating. The unique double sole reduces the shaking of the ice and gives you a smoother glide and full control. The improved feel comes from the innovative shell and thinner sole. An ergonomic heel pocket keeps the foot aligned, while memory foam supports the foot without feeling pressure. The micro-perforated Air Tech lining allows the shoe to dry faster.

The outer of Ice Fly uses Technomicro, a composite microfiber thinner than even silk. It is lighter, stronger and more water-resistant than old materials and easier to clean as it is stain resistant. Ice Fly uses a specially treated mesh to add strength while keeping the boot lightweight. H.A.R. (High Abrasion Resistant) single weave thread is more durable and keeps its integrity. A lightweight tri-layer construction gives greater strength and better support than just a single material. Through a superior elastic memory, it gives unrivalled cushioning. Being thermoformable, it also allows skilled technicians to Instant Custom Fit your Ice Fly boots. High density memory foam gives the ultimate in comfort. It supports your feet allowing micro movements to give better control and feel. It maintains its shape giving you the perfect fit every time. The inner lining of Ice Fly is an Air-Tech mesh fabric. This uses a single thread to create an inner chamber for insulation and air cooling. Being moisture resistant, it also improves hygiene. The footbed is an innovative honeycomb design making it lighter and stronger. This increases power transmission, reduces response time, so giving greater control. Waterproofed and thinner, the sole lowers the centre of gravity, improving balance and sensitivity, so you can feel the edges. The longer heel arch was inspired by Roman aqueducts and is designed to distribute forces over a longer axis and give the skater more control. Galvanised carbon steel hooks have been lowered, lengthened and repositioned to improve lacing, wrapping the ankles and increasing movement range.
