The Hedgehog features supportive midfoot inserts, additional toe reinforcement protects against impact, and an optimized heel shape ensures maximum comfort. Vibram XS Trek outsoles offer the optimal balance of grip and durability, allowing you to confidently move on a variety of surfaces, from wet trails to dry, rocky paths. Lightweight superfoam provides unparalleled cushioning, reducing foot fatigue on long hikes. Heel stabilization technology enhances stability on uneven terrain, crucial for more demanding hikes. The upper of the Hedgehog is made of durable mesh, PU-coated leather, and synthetic nubuck. At The North Face, we source 100% of our leather from tanneries certified by the Leather Working Group, guaranteeing high quality andal responsibility. A waterproof GORE-TEX membrane effectively protects feet from moisture, while a lining made from 100% recycled materials adds to the shoe's -friendliness.
