Flex is designed for riders who want one electric bicycle for different parts of the week. Its 6061 aluminium frame, full-suspension system and 27.5-inch wheels suit city streets, cycle paths, compact gravel, forest tracks and maintained light trails without turning the bicycle into an oversized wide-tyre model.
250W Rear Motor with 87Nm Torque
The 48V 250W brushless rear hub motor produces up to 87Nm of torque, providing useful assistance for starts, changing gradients and climbs. The motor is paired with a Shimano 8-speed drivetrain so riders can combine electrical assistance with the appropriate mechanical gear for changing terrain.
Two Sensor Modes for Different Riding Styles
Flex combines torque and cadence sensing in one bicycle. Torque mode measures how firmly the rider presses the pedals and adjusts support progressively according to effort, providing a direct and responsive connection between pedalling and motor assistance. Cadence mode activates steady support once the pedals begin turning, making it suitable for relaxed cruising and lower-effort riding.
720Wh Removable LG Battery with up to 95km Range
The removable 48V 15Ah battery uses LG cells and provides 720Wh of capacity. Assisted range can reach up to 95km under favourable conditions. The battery can be removed for indoor charging or storage, while the 48V 2A charger provides a typical charging time of approximately 7–9 hours. Actual range varies with terrain, rider and cargo weight, temperature, tyre pressure, assistance level and riding style.
Full Suspension for Mixed-Surface Comfort
An EXSHO front suspension fork works together with the DNM AO-6 rear shock to reduce repeated impacts from potholes, roots, gravel and uneven surfaces. Kenda 27.5" × 2.6" tyres add cushioning and grip while maintaining a more agile format for mixed road and trail use.
Hydraulic Braking and Practical Road Equipment
Logan fully hydraulic disc brakes with 180mm rotors at the front and rear provide progressive stopping power. Front and rear lighting improve visibility, while the left-mounted colour display shows key riding information. Flex weighs approximately 31kg with the battery installed and supports a maximum payload of 150kg.
