Full Suspension Built Around City Comfort

A7 takes a different approach to the everyday city bike. Instead of relying only on larger tyres to absorb rough streets, it combines a hydraulic front fork with 120mm travel and lockout with a four-link rear suspension providing 90mm travel. Potholes, broken asphalt, paving stones and gravel sections are better isolated from the rider, making the bike especially suitable for longer daily commutes.

Two Sensor Modes for Two Different Riding Styles

The assistance system can switch between torque sensing and cadence sensing. Torque mode responds to the pressure applied to the pedals for more precise support when accelerating or climbing, while cadence mode provides steadier assistance once pedalling begins. Automatic assistance and five selectable levels give riders additional control over how the 250W system behaves.

200kg Capacity and a Rack Made for Real Utility

A7 is not designed only for light commuting. Its maximum permitted payload reaches 200kg, while the MIK HD-compatible rear rack supports up to 54kg. This makes the platform particularly useful for groceries, panniers, cargo boxes and compatible child-carrying solutions where permitted. Full-coverage mudguards and a rear-mounted kickstand add everyday practicality.

70Nm Rear Drive with a 720Wh Battery

The 48V 250W rear hub motor delivers up to 70Nm of torque, giving useful support for stop-start traffic, hills and heavier loads. A 48V 15Ah battery provides 720Wh capacity using Samsung/LG 21700 cells certified to UL 2580. Assisted range is approximately 60–80km depending on load, terrain, temperature and assistance level, while the 48V 2A charger supports regular overnight charging.

Adjustable Cockpit Instead of a Fixed Riding Position

The 0–60° adjustable alloy stem allows the handlebar angle and height to be adapted for a more upright or more forward riding position. A memory-foam comfort saddle, ergonomic locking grips and 680mm alloy handlebar further support long urban rides without forcing every rider into the same setup.

Connected Display, Strong Braking and Integrated Lighting

The 3.5-inch high-brightness colour display includes Bluetooth and an adjustable viewing angle. SHIMANO MT200 hydraulic disc brakes use 180mm rotors front and rear, with alloy brake levers incorporating motor cut-off. A 120-lux/500-lumen adjustable front LED and frame-integrated rear light with brake, steady and flashing functions complete the urban equipment. The bike is rated IPX5, while the battery is rated IPX6.
