    Its easy opening, and its improved chewability with sunflower and flax seeds, make this the ideal refuelling bar for exercise lasting more than 3 hours. And since dates are a naturally carbohydrate-rich fruit, easily digested, they are ideally suited to endurance sports nutrition.

    AND VITAMINS PLAY A VITAL ROLE...

    To give our date paste antioxidant properties (protecting your cells against oxidative stress), we initially planned to add vitamin C. But since this is considered to be an additive, we had to find an equally effective alternative.
    This is where acerola came in: being rich in vitamin C, it allowed us to obtain THE product to meet your demands

    WHEN THE ACT OF CHEWING MATTERS

    Did you know that chewing activates your digestive enzymes, and therefore your digestion, a vital process which can be disrupted during physical activity?
    And that's not all! Because we understand that chewing is not always easy in mid-exertion, we've added linseed and sunflower seeds to our date paste to improve chewability... And as a bonus their delicious taste and crispy texture goes wonderfully well with dates!
