    With a stopwatch function that's accurate to 1/100th second and lap timer, you can measure your performances and progress.

    Record your sessions

    The 5 last sessions carried out with the stopwatch will be saved in the history mode.
    There, you can consult all the lap times you have measured.

    Improve your performance with the interval training mode

    You can configure your own training sessions directly via the watch.And personalise your progress to suit your goals!
    5 configuration phases available (warm-up, action, rest, number of repetitions and sets, time between sets and recovery time).
    For example:
    - 20' warm-up
    - 8 repetitions 30 sec action/30 sec recovery
    - 2 sets
    - 2' rest between sets
    - 10' recovery at end of workout
