How do you use this training band?
Use the band during warm-ups and stretching. Place the black part around your back and the elastic straps under your arms. Improve your technique by focusing on your precision during each movement. The band's resistance will do the rest!
What size is this band?
The band is 105 cm unstretched and 150 cm stretched to its maximum. It slips easily into a sports bag.

DRYING IN A TUMBLE DRYER POSSIBLE. NORMAL TEMPERATURE, MAXIMUM EXHAUST AIR TEMPERATURE OF THE DRUM 80°C.
MAXIMUM WASH TEMPERATURE OF 30°C. VERY MODERATE TREATMENT.
IRON AT A MAXIMUM SOLEPLATE TEMPERATURE OF 150°C.
MAXIMUM WASH TEMPERATURE 70°C. NORMAL TREATMENT.
IRONING AT A MAXIMUM IRON SOLEPLATE TEMPERATURE OF 200°C.
