    We have designed this belt to carry two soft flasks (250 ml max) at the abdomen and 6 gels distributed across the hips.
    Keep the rear pocket for less urgent items: for example, your telephone or keys provided they are protected from humidity (sweat and/or rain).
    You can fit more in, but it might be less secure and jiggle about.
