    Sports nutritionists recommend consuming 60 to 90 g of carbohydrates every hour during high intensity workouts. Our ORGANIC almond bars are consumed during exercise for quickly filling up on energy. They are recommended for all endurance sportsmen and women.

    ACEROLA FOR A TOUCH OF VITAMIN C

    Our ORGANIC marzipan is a source of vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism and helps protect cells against oxidative stress.

    A REDUCED LIST OF INGREDIENTS

    We revised the recipe and reduced the list of ingredients while sticking to the essentials. We obtained a marzipan with a composition that is simple to understand: sugar, almonds, honey, powdered acerola juice, pectin, natural almond flavouring and sea salt. Of course, all the ingredients are organically grown.

    ALMOND, DATE OR FRUIT BAR - WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?

    These 3 bars have a slightly different texture, taste and carbohydrate/lipids/protein balance. In fact, the almond bars contain a little more lipids and protein than date or fruit bars. Above all, it's a matter of preference. And there is nothing to stop you from combining them, and alternating between tastes during long sessions.

    Good to know: 100 g of almonds contain around 21 g of protein.

    WHEN IT'S TIME, WHAT IS THE RIGHT SNACK?

    Our ORGANIC energy marzipan bars are not snacks. To satisfy a craving, take a cereal bar, our little protein cubes, some fruit, cheese, seeds or dried fruits, etc.
