Ginseng root extract to increase physical performance during strength training, and guarana seed extract (contains caffeine) for focus and energy.
We've chosen to use only natural flavourings, as well as stevia extract.
This product does not contain synthetic flavours, sucralose or acesulfame potassium

Why we've used L-citrulline
L-citrulline is an amino acid and precursor of arginine.
It increases levels of nitric oxide (NO) in the blood to give you better muscle pump

How to prepare your pre-workout powder
Mix one heaped teaspoon (8 g) with 300 ml of water, 30 mins to 1 hour before your workout.
