How are the support levels offered by Decathlon's sports bras tested?
Our laboratories conduct breast support tests that measure the reduction in the breasts' acceleration during physical activity. Our bras are then assessed and categorised as follows: 1 for light support, 3 for medium support and 5 for high support.
Why it is important to protect your breasts during physical activity?
When you exercise, the breasts, which are fragile and mainly supported by skin, undergo much more stress than they normally would. No matter your cup size or age, they're subjected to movements and bouncing. And depending on the intensity of the activity, they can weigh up to 5 times greater. Wearing a sports bra provides essential support and protects your breasts from impacts, which prevents pain and premature sagging.
How do you care for the high support convertible strap sports bra for E to H cups?
Designed for intensive sports use, this sports bra can be washed over and over again. We recommend washing it at no more than 30°C and placing it in our specially designed laundry bag, sold separately (ref. 8505236).
Use liquid detergent rather than powder, and do not use softeners as they could affect the fabric's breathability. Do not tumble dry.
What activities can you do with the high support convertible strap sports bra for E to H cups?
This sports bra has greater support. So you can practise high-impact activities such as horse riding, trampoline, cardio circuits, etc.
This greater support is also perfect for larger busts. This product is also available for sizes XS AB to 4XL CD.
Are there other options if my cup size is smaller than EF?

How does this high support convertible strap sports bra for E to H cups free your movements?
To be comfortable during exercise, you need clothes that you'll be comfortable moving in. This sports bra contains 18% elastane. This makes the fabric stretchier so it can move with you.
We've also included convertible straps that can cross behind your back to free the shoulder blades.
How do you put on the high support convertible strap sports bra for E to H cups?
To make it easier to put on your sports bra, we recommend fastening it in the front, then slipping the clasp around to the back. Then bring it up over the bust and slide on the straps as you would with a standard bra.
What level of support should you choose for your sport?
The bra's support should correspond to the type of physical activity. Our range offers three levels of support:
- Level 1: light support for activities that cause gentle breast movement (Pilates, stretching, strength training, etc.);
- Level 3: medium support for activities that cause a moderate level of bounce (dancing, fitness, cardio training, etc.);
- Level 5: high support for activities involving intensive movements (step aerobics, running, trampolining, etc.).

Decathlon's sports bras are designed by our sports team to prevent health problems and keep you as comfortable as possible. To avoid the risk of injury and of compressing the lymph nodes, they do not contain underwiring. We also reduce the use of seams over the nipples to minimise the risk of irritation. The perspiration-wicking fabrics keep you more comfortable while significantly reducing the risk of skin irritation.

- Bring the tape measure across the fullest part of your bust;
- Take the measurement without pulling it too tight;
