    How to maintain the water bottle

    Clean the flask properly after each use.If you use isotonic drinks, rinse all the components of the flask body, lid and mouthpiece thoroughly to make sure that no liquid remains.Use washing-up liquid and a bottle brush to thoroughly clean the bottom of the flask.Then let it dry out completely and store it without the lid on to allow the flask to air properly.If not, you might get mould inside the flask.
    Do not put in the dishwasher (especially at >70°C).
