Warm fleece liner
Our warm adult's boots are equipped with a fleece slipper that can be removed if necessary. This warm lining allows you to stay outdoors for 40 minutes (in use) in temperatures as low as -21°C. For the test performed at rest (static), the limit operating temperature is -12°C for 30 minutes. Naturally, it goes without saying that these tests provide average indications: everyone is more or less resistant to the cold.
Other features of these ankle boots
The wellies are easy to wash inside and out with soapy water. They also dry quickly. Thanks to the mid-high shaft, the boot puller and slide-in grooves, this design allows you to slip them on and off in a matter of seconds. Furthermore, the sole with non-slip studs is designed to reduce the risk of slipping on wet and muddy ground.
Resistance to the cold
To get the best user experience in cold weather, let us remind you of a few rules. 40% of body heat is lost through the head and neck. It is also important to wrap up well. Otherwise you will feel the first signs of cold in your feet, despite the warm lining and thick wool socks such as the STAT 900. Your sensitivity to cold or your level of fatigue also play a part.
