    What is a massage cushion for?

    There's (virtually) nothing to do. After a workout or a long day, it's time to unwind. Our massage cushion will take care of you - from neck to feet. Just sit back and enjoy!

    And once the massage is over, no fiddly storage is required! Our cushion is two-sided: a black side for massage and a grey side to blend into your décor and stay on the sofa within arm's reach. Because we all need a good masseur to hand.

    A versatile massage cushion suitable for all body types

    Which muscles or areas of the body can I self-massage with the cushion?

    - Top and bottom of the back, in a seated position on your sofa or your bed
    -Neck, lying down
    -Thighs and calves, on your sofa or bed or on the floor, in a horizontal position, with your chest raised and supporting yourself with your hands
    -Feet, in a seated position

    How to use the massaging cushion.

    Plug in the massage cushion. Turn it on and place it under the area to be massaged.
    Our recommendation: 5 Minutes of massage per zone in warming mode for greater efficiency.

    To adjust the depth of your massage, use your body weight by to vary how hard you press on the cushion. Choose one of the 3 speeds depending on your sensitivity.
    There are different directions of rotation to suit different muscle zones:upwards for the legs and back-and-forth for the back.
