    What HEAD SIZE is this 5-panel running cap suitable for?

    The hook and loop strap at the back can be used for adjustments of more or less 6 cm: this adult cap is suitable for head sizes between 56 and 62 cm.
    The adjustment system makes the cap suitable for all heads, men and women alike.The adjustment system is also easy to use!
    You can insert the excess strap in the opening at the end of the rip-tab.
