    Why does this protein drink enable better recovery?

    During intense and long workouts, your body draws on its reserves of carbohydrates*. With this recovery drink, containing 45 g of carbohydrates and 21 g of protein**, you can top up your macro-nutrients: vitamins C, B6 and B12, zinc and magnesium

    *Carbohydrates contribute to recovering normal muscle function.
    Proteins help maintain and develop muscles.

    How do I prepare a recovery shake?

    Mix, 300 ml of water with 3 scoops of recovery drink (75 g) for 30 seconds, in a shaker with a sieve. You can reduce or increase the quantity of water to adjust the texture.

    For a creamier drink, you can replace the water with a plant-based drink, remembering that it will change your intake of calories and macro-nutrients.

    After mixing, eat the shaker within an hour or store it in your fridge.

    When should I drink my recovery shake?

    Drink your shaker within 30 minutes depending on your sport.

    If you are eating a meal rich in carbohydrates and protein within an hour after a workout, you will find all the macro-nutrients you need on your plate, so there is no need for a recovery shake.
