    How to prepare your Lean Protein shake

    Mix 200 ml of water and 2 scoops of Lean Protein (equivalent to 25 g) in a shaker equipped with a strainer. Mix for 30 seconds and enjoy.The scoop comes with the product.
    For a smoother texture, replace water with milk or a vegetable drink.You can also lower or increase the quantity of water to either intensify or dilute the taste of our protein.Drink you shake in an hour.

    There's no need to choose between efficiency and taste – our Lean Protein gives you both.

    For a hint of sweetness, we've opted for natural flavouring, cocoa powder, and stevia extract (steviol glycosides), an intense sweetener derived from natural raw materials.
    If you're used to protein powder with sucralose and acesulfame K, the taste of our protein may seen mild to you.For a more intense flavour, slightly reduce the amount of water.

    Contraindications and usage restrictions

    Not to be consumed on the same day as other products containing green tea or on an empty stomach.

    Not to be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18, or in cases of kidney or liver insufficiency.
    Daily intake of (–)-3-gallate of epigallocatechin should not exceed 800 mg.
    Content of (-)-epigallocatechin gallate: 29 mg per 25 g serving. Do not consume more than 3 servings per day.
