Why are these pads so comfortable?
Our pads were designed to be comfortable and practical! Their ergonomic shape was designed to support your joints during your poses. The curved edges provide a better grip. You can easily transition between poses.
How should you clean your yoga pad?
Cleaning your foam yoga mat is easy! Wipe it down with soapy water or our essential oil spray for yoga mats (Ref. : 8757266). If you use it daily, we recommend cleaning it every week.
Which exercises can you use these yoga pads for?
Comfort in every pose! These pads are perfect for every level of practice: use them under your knees during lunges or when on all-fours, under your hands in downward-facing dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana), or under your head during balance poses (Sirsasana). Everyone from beginners to advanced yogis can relieve tension for a smoother practice.
