    How to choose your boxing gloves

    The training boxing gloves are available in several sizes to fit every hand.
    Pick your glove size based on your weight and your hand size.

    For women:
    45 to 55 kg -> 10 oz
    55 to 65 kg -> 12 oz
    65 to 75 kg -> 14 oz
    Over 75 kg -> 16 oz.

    For men:
    35 to 55 kg -> 8 oz
    55 to 65 kg -> 10 oz
    65 to 80 kg -> 12 oz
    80 to 95 kg -> 14 oz
    > 95 kg -> 16 oz.

    How should you use these boxing gloves

    Wearing boxing gloves without wraps or inner gloves is like wearing shoes without socks. It's neither pleasant nor practical.
