    Does this jacket really keep children warm during their winter outings?

    This jacket is the warmest in the range. We have opted for a double layer of wadding on the upper body (100 g/m² and 60 g/m²). The sleeves are made of 100 g/m² wadding. The back is lined with fleece to ensure maximum warmth. The large hood and raised collar provide extra warmth.

    Adjustment system: the jacket fits the child for two seasons

    The jacket 'grows' with your child over two winter seasons. It features an adjustment system (elastication and buttons) to adjust sleeve length.

    How can I ensure the outfit is completely waterproof?

    The jacket features a connection system compatible with the 900 Kids’ salopette, allowing the two pieces to be fastened together to prevent snow from getting in should they fall.

    A jacket designed with practicality in mind

    This range includes all the handy accessories you need for skiing: a ski pass pocket on the sleeve, a snow skirt to keep snow out, little Lugiklip clips to attach mittens to the sleeves, and even a special place to hang your medal without damaging the fabric!

    How should you dress babies and children to keep them warm in winter and on ski slopes?

    To make sure they stay warm and dry, we recommend using the 3-technical-layer rule:
    - Layer 1 or a second skin, to stay dry.
    - Layer 2 or an insulating layer, to keep the heat in.

    - Layer 3 or a protective layer to protect against the elements.

    How is the waterproofing capacity of this ski jacket’s fabric tested?

    A material’s waterproofing capacity (achieved through coating or a membrane) is measured in Schmerbers or mm H₂O (pressure exerted by a water column). The higher this number, the more waterproof the fabric is. This model, with taped seams, is waterproof to 15,000 mm H₂O (Schmerbers): the pressure exerted by a 5-metre column of water.

    It is best to store on a hanger & avoid creases that could damage the fabric. Dry thoroughly before storing in a dry and well-ventilated place.

    • DO NOT DRY CLEAN.

    • DRYING IN TUMBLE DRYER POSSIBLE. LOW TEMPERATURE, MAXIMUM DRUM EXHAUST TEMPERATURE 60°C.

    • DO NOT IRON.

    • MAXIMUM WASH TEMPERATURE OF 30°C. VERY MODERATE TREATMENT.

    • BLEACHING EXCLUDED.
