    High energy density: 90 g of carbohydrate, 1:0.8 ratio

    A 500 ml bottle of drink contains 90 grams of carbohydrates, providing energy to achieve your goals. The scientifically recognised glucose/fructose ratio of 1:0.8 maximises the body's absorption of carbohydrates, up to 120 g per hour. Also a source of magnesium and potassium.

    Formulated for exercise lasting more than 3 hours

    Take 1:0.8 drinks with you on long, intense runs or rides lasting more than 3 hours. Mix 100g of powder with 500ml of water. Drink approximately 500ml per hour, in small sips.

    Adjust the amount of carbohydrates to your nutritional strategy. Always practise "gut training" by testing these gels during your training sessions to get your body used to high carbohydrate absorption.

    No unnecessary additives: no preservatives, no colourings, no artificial flavourings.
