    The benefits of polyester

    Made from 80% polyester, this embroidered design offers some UV resistance. Unlike a 100% cotton cap, which can fade in the sun, polyester retains its original colour for longer. Furthermore, polyester has the benefit of drying quickly. If you get caught in a shower or work up a sweat, polyester doesn’t absorb water. The cap will dry in no time. Finally, the polyester helps the cap retain its shape, even after being stuffed into the bottom of a bag, for example.

    Cotton for comfort

    Even in small quantities, cotton (20% in this case) makes a difference to how the cap feels when you put it on. First of all, to the touch, it eliminates the ‘plastic’ feel of the 100% synthetic fabric, making it softer against the forehead. What’s more, this fabric is quite comfortable.
