Equipment needed for Tubeless Ready assembly.
- A tubeless valve
- A tubeless rim strip
- Tyre sealant
- A tubeless ready compatible rim
- A foot pump or compressor
How to inflate your tyre correctly
Inflate the tire with caution.
The recommended pressure is indicated on the tyre's sidewall and its product sheet (available online).
Before each outing, make sure that your tyres are at the correct pressure for your ride.

How to measure tire wear?
To measure the wear on your tyres and to know when they need replacing, you need to inspect the tread. Signs of wear include:
- tread starting to fray
- the appearance of a series of micro cracks
- low tread depth
- the carcass becomes visible.
In all these cases the tyre is worn and needs replacing.
The professional's advice
During inflation, it is important to obtain the right pressure depending on the terrain and especially depending on the time.
If you drive in rainy weather, feel free to lower the tire pressure to increase its grip.
When riding in dry weather, you can increase the pressure for better performance.
To limit punctures, assembly without an inner tube is recommended!
If you're mounting this tyre on a tubeless ready wheel, we strongly recommend mounting without an inner tube since tubeless ready tyres are designed to be used with a sealant. This means the tyre will have dual protection: the "Hardskin" strip blocks perforations, the sealant fills small holes.
And assembly is lighter and more comfy!
What is "Tubeless Ready"?
A tubeless ready tyre lets you ride without an inner tube, or tubeless. The beads are specific to ensure watertightness and good support on the rim. Just like tubeless ready rims, sidewalls on a tubeless ready tyre are not watertight, that's why you need to add some tyre sealant during assembly. The sealant has a double action, since it not only makes the tyre watertight, but also helps prevent punctures.
