    DUAL can be used as:

    As a support for performing push-ups. As a dumbbell for performing bodyweight exercises. As supports, they allow push-up performance for upper body muscle training; the non-slip pivoting base, with rotating movement, allows you to follow descent and ascent effectively and naturally. Handles are coated with soft material for maximum comfort during training.

    Handles can also be disconnected from the main body and used as dumbbells (weight 0.5 kg each) for bodyweight exercise performance.
