The secret of this training lies in a blend of light loads and high repetitions, with progressive improvement that increases weight in parallel with strength: exercises aim to work different muscle groups with squats, pushes, lifts and pulls. The set includes: • 4 disks of 1.25 kg each • 4 disks of 2.5 kg each • 2 dumbbell bars 47 cm long, weighing 0.8 kg each • 1 connector bar to transform dumbbell bars into barbell (length 119 cm, weight 2 kg) • 4 tightening bolts. The disks are made of plastic on the outside, which protects the floor in case of accidental drop. Manual with exercise details and training program included. N.B.: The set can only be used with the supplied weights (having proprietary input) and it is not possible to use them with other disks. By purchasing multiple sets, the disks can be combined.
