Waterford horse bit Premier Equine

Product Description

The Waterford Mouthpiece is made up of a series of ball-shaped links, which makes it completely mobile in all directions. It is particularly popular for problems such as leaning, biting and jaw lock. When the horse tries to grab the bit, the mouthpiece collapses, leaving the horse with no rigid grip. The mouthpiece allows pressure to be distributed over the tongue and mouth bars. Combined with simple, loose rings, this bit is ideal for stronger horses that tend to lean or hang on the bit. To be effective, this bit should be worn 1/4' - 1/2' wider than the standard bit. Measurements According to our size guide, the A and B measurements for this bit are: A=18mm B=65mm Note: The C measurement is taken between the first links of the chain at each end. It does not correspond to the total length of the mouthpiece. Stainless Steel Horse Bits... Stainless steel is the most common material used for horse bits because it is durable, easy to clean and does not rust. Some of our stainless steel bits have copper mouthpieces that help create a warm feeling and encourage the horse to salivate and accept the bit. Stainless steel bits are suitable for a wide range of horses and are available in many designs so you can choose the bit that is right for your horse and your discipline. Pair your waterford bit with one of our anatomical bridles. For health and hygiene reasons, this bit is not returnable if removed from the model. Technical details
