The Deeply Explorer Frost 5/4 Chest Zip wetsuit has been designed to deliver maximum comfort, insulation, and performance on the coldest days of the year. This version features a refreshed design and upgraded materials that enhance thermal protection and durability, keeping surfers warm even in extreme conditions. It ensures excellent elasticity and performance. The wetsuit incorporates inner Deeply FastDry panels in the torso that help repel water and provide superior heat retention throughout the body. The FastDry joints are glued and stitched, and the seams are constructed using GBS technique and sealed both internally and externally with ultra-flexible tapes and Liquid Seal to increase watertightness, flexibility, and overall durability. Thermal comfort is further enhanced by the extra-warm W-FLEX lining, designed to maintain body heat consistently. The YKK chest zip entry system, combined with an elastic and stopper panel adjustment system, offers a secure and easy-to-use seal. Additional protection on the chest and back improves insulation in the areas most exposed to the cold. The wetsuit also includes an integrated 2 mm lined hood for added warmth during winter sessions. The seamless neck panel opening and the Glide Skin–lined collar enhance watertightness and comfort. Rubber bars on the left shoulder, rubber rings at the cuffs, and high-density ergonomic knee pads help reduce water entry and improve durability in high-wear areas. It also features internally reinforced stress points with tape and a practical key loop on the chest panel. With a 5/4 mm thickness, this wetsuit is ideal for water temperatures between 6 and 12°C.
