    Insert Shimano SG-8R30/31 for Nexus 8 speed hub with freewheel/roller brake type.

    If you have problems with your hub due to broken gears or rusty bearings, etc., you should replace the entire hub insert. The new hub insert is much better protected and sealed than the previous ones.

    Please note that the first hubs of the model Shimano Nexus 8 speed SG-8R20 you can not change the insert, here you have to replace the whole hub.
