Construction and materials

The Basil Base M MIK basket is made of steel with a fine mesh finish that combines strength and lightness. Its sturdy structure withstands daily urban use and e-bike rides while maintaining a compact silhouette.

MIK mounting system

The pre-mounted MIK adapter plate allows the basket to be attached and removed in seconds from a MIK-compatible rack. If the rack isn't equipped with a MIK system, the MIK carrier plate (to be mounted separately) enables quick and secure installation.

Ergonomics and carrying

Equipped with a soft-grip handle, the basket is easy to carry by hand. Its wide shape (33 x 25 x 17 cm) offers practical access to contents and makes storing everyday items simple.

Protection and stability

The basket base rests on small protective feet that prevent scratches and wear when the basket is placed down. These feet also contribute to stability when loading and unloading.

Versatility and use

Designed for city bikes for men and women, including electric bikes, the Basil Base M MIK is suitable for daily commutes, light shopping and short outings. Its sober black colour easily blends with different bike styles.
