Pignon Shimano CS-M8000 17D

Product Description

The Shimano CS-M8000 is an 11-speed cassette from the Deore XT range, designed for mountain bikes. The 11-tooth sprocket version is an intermediate sprocket that is one of the most common combinations for 11-speed cassettes. 11-tooth sprocket (CS-M8000) features: Compatibility: Shimano Deore XT M8000 Cassette (11-speed). Number of teeth: 11 teeth, one of the intermediate sprockets in a typical cassette setup. Sprocket position: Typically, the 11T sprocket is used in a setup like 11-46T or 11-42T, where it is one of the gears that offers a good compromise between road and climbing performance. Material: Made of treated steel for durability and wear resistance, with a treated surface to improve corrosion protection. Technology: Uses Hyperglide technology to improve shifting by reducing friction and improving smoothness when shifting under load. Design: Multi-sprocket construction (starting with the largest sprocket) to reduce overall weight and improve cassette stiffness. Replacement and compatibility: The 11-tooth sprocket can be replaced individually or as part of a complete cassette. It is important to check its compatibility with the chain and derailleur. Shimano M8000 cassettes are generally designed for use with specific 11-speed derailleurs, so it is essential to ensure that the entire groupset is compatible. Some benefits: Precise shifting thanks to Hyperglide technology. Longer lifespan than other components, thanks to high-quality materials.
