Therefore, the Nordic Walking poles are 2-piece and adjustable from 86 to 140 cm, allowing you to easily adjust the poles to your own height. The trekking poles are made of lightweight, durable aluminum with a rotation lock so you can easily adjust them to the desired length. The handles are anatomically shaped and made of rubber for an extra comfortable grip. The padded, adjustable neoprene wrist straps with Velcro are indispensable while walking; thanks to these straps, you can let go of the poles and grab them again without them falling.
