This down sleeping bag is suitable for a wide range of travellers, tourists, and hikers. With high-quality Softex NIUS LT® material, a unique cut concept, and premium goose down with a 600 cuin fill power, the sleeping bag guarantees a warm and comfortable sleep without unnecessary health risks.
The Rimo Scout model, in a dark colour combination with an extra-wide fit, is specially designed for hikers, trekkers, hunters, and fishermen, as well as anyone looking for a spacious sleeping bag. Thanks to its thermal comfort, it provides sufficient warmth even on the coldest days and can be used in winter conditions in a tent or shelter.
The outer shell of the sleeping bag is made from Softex Nius LT, a material used for sleeping bags, jackets filled with down or synthetic fibres, and windbreakers. It features a DWR water-repellent treatment that increases resistance against penetrating moisture. Water-repellent 350 mm H2O DWR, 90% water-resistant and 90% breathable with a weight of 52 g/m2.
The lining material is Softex 20D DWR, also used for sleeping bags and clothing containing down. The DWR treatment further enhances water resistance. Water-repellent 350 mm H2O DWR, 90% water-resistant and 90% breathable with a weight of 55 g/m2.
The goose down used, with a fill power of 600 cuin/oz (measured according to a European standard), is exclusively of European origin. The focus is on the balance between warmth and price, where weight is less important. The feathers are veterinary tested and all listed parameters are based on the international IDFB (International Down and Feather Bureau) protocol.
