XTEND 's Xtend BCAA (1300g ) is an intra-workout drink designed to accompany you during your bodybuilding, fitness, cross training or endurance sports sessions. It's easy to use during exercise and can be integrated into your daily sports routine.BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine, valine) are essential amino acids that your body doesn't produce ly, and which you find in your diet or supplements. Each serving contains around 7g of BCAAs, divided 2:1:1 with 3.5g leucine, 1.75g isoleucine and 1.75g valine. The formula is completed by 2.5 g of L-glutamine and L-citrulline (approx. 0.5 to 1 g depending on version), often used in training drinks to accompany exercise. The product also contains electrolytes, as part of ahydration logic during physical activity. Xtend BCAA (1300g) is used around training to supplement amino acid intake during exercise. Xtend BCAA can accompany you during your intense training sessions, particularly during long sessions, in periods of lean or weight control, or when you train with little food intake before the session.
