The Freedom S4 child carrier is made for long walks.
This is how you ensure the perfect fit:
Loosen the Velcro on the back panel and ensure that the Velcro system runs over four 'rungs' of the ladder.
Fasten the hip belt and tighten it. The hip belt should rest comfortably on the hip bone.
Tighten the shoulder straps. Make sure they make contact with the torso, from the shoulder blade at the back to the armpit at the front.
Fasten the chest strap and position it 4 cm below the collarbone; adjust if necessary with the sliders.
