The Ortles PTX 3L Jacket from Salewa is a durable and versatile Powertex hardshell jacket, designed for a variety of mountain expeditions, trekking, and activities in challenging weather conditions. A three-layer laminate construction with the Powertex membrane bonded directly to the outer shell provides complete protection against rain, snow, and wind. A 20,000mm waterproof rating and a durable, water-repellent, PFAS-free DWR finish enhance comfort during extended periods in wet terrain. The highly breathable material helps wick away excess heat and moisture during approaches, hikes, and intense exertion. Fully sealed seams and a waterproof front zipper enhance protection against water, while two pockets with waterproof zippers provide secure storage for small items. One-handed ventilation zippers on the back of the arms allow you to quickly increase airflow without removing the jacket.
