Product Description

• The SM3 helmet is designed for MX, Enduro, and off-road, featuring innovations and technologies optimized for ease of use, comfort, and impact protection.
• Special thermoplastic polymer shell with variable thicknesses, designed to provide optimal protection against impacts while remaining lightweight.
• The patented low-friction liner by Alpinestars is applied to the inside of the main EPS shell to reduce rotational acceleration forces during certain oblique impacts.
• This layer acts as a slip plane to replicate the protective function of cerebrospinal fluid against oblique impacts.
• Patented visor release system ensuring a release with a predetermined force, effectively reducing strain on the neck in case of impact.
• Optimized ventilation and high thermal exchange achieved through 10 air intakes and 7 exhausts. Material Composition
• 48% acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene, 20% polyurethane, 16% polystyrene (EPS), 6% polypropylene, 4% polyvinyl chloride, 2% ethylene-vinyl acetate, 2% steel, 1% expanded polypropylene, 1% polyamide.
