    We recommend taking 1 Energy Fruit Mix regularly, every 45 minutes to 1 hour during exercise (the aim is to supply youy body with 30g of carbohydrates per hour for efforts of under 3 hours).
    Quick reminder for those of you who tend to be in a rush or don't generally come prepared, remember to drink frequently (around 500ml of water per hour).
    In addition to physical activity, it is important to maintain a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
